Hi, I’m Sol, a dedicated health and fitness professional with over a decade of experience helping clients reach their peak potential. My journey began in sports and fitness sales, where I had the unique opportunity to work closely with physiotherapists and osteopaths, helping individuals strengthen and rehabilitate their bodies. This early experience shaped my commitment to a holistic, informed approach to fitness—one that combines technical knowledge with practical, hands-on expertise. Throughout my career, I've developed skills across a range of training disciplines, from Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting to Muay Thai and functional fitness. My background enables me to create highly tailored programs for clients at all levels, from those starting their fitness journeys to seasoned athletes aiming for peak performance. I’m driven by a commitment to continuous growth, constantly expanding my knowledge to bring you the best support and resources. Hi, I’m Annica—a former scientist with a deep-rooted passion for sports, now a dedicated coach in the world of weightlifting and athletic development. My background in triathlon and track and field has fueled my journey, and transitioning into weightlifting has given me a powerful new lens for supporting athletes. I’m committed to empowering female athletes by recognizing and embracing the unique changes they experience throughout life, including menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. My coaching approach is holistic and individualized, designed to support you through each phase with targeted training and care. ​ Whether you're aiming to boost performance, build strength, or navigate specific life stages as an athlete, I’m here to help you reach your goals.
